We shop anywhere you can purchase your groceries — including Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walmart, Target, Whole Foods, and Fresh Market. We can also stop at specialty stores for extras like beach supplies, party essentials, and more.
We’re unable to deliver alcohol due to legal and insurance restrictions. We appreciate your understanding.
We recommend placing your order at least 3 days in advance. We monitor orders in queue to ensure appropriate staffing on your delivery day.
It depends on the holiday. For Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, grocery store hours
are limited, or stores may be closed. In these cases, we do our best to make special
accommodations for early delivery, so your vacation still starts smoothly.
Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.No. Depending on scheduling, housekeeping, access to your home/condo, weather, and traffic, we are unable to guarantee delivery prior to arrival. It is our goal, however, to deliver your order before you arrive.
Yes, we do. However, orders placed within 72 hours of arrival will incur a $50 late order fee.

You can make changes to your order online up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date.
For changes within 48 hours, please reply directly to your confirmation email (check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it — it comes from orders@bemyshopper.com) and we’ll be happy to update your order for you.
Please submit an additional order. Additional orders received after 12:00pm may need to be delivered the following day depending on delivery schedule availability. We’ll waive the $50 expedite fee for additional orders during the same visit.
To help ensure same-day delivery, please reach out in advance so we can make proper arrangements. When possible, we may even be able to put everything away for you again — no need to wait around or worry about cold items left on the porch.
For new or specialty items, please add them using our "Custom Item" product and include any necessary details in the note section. "Custom Item" is listed first in each category.
Your personal shopper will substitute a similar item. If you have specific substitutions in mind please enter a note for your shopper in the product "Notes" field.
Please enter a note for your shopper in the Instructions/Comments field for the product. You must let your shopper know if they should select a substitute product that meets a special requirement. If no substitution is acceptable make sure to note “No Substitutions” at checkout.
